OVERVIEW

Aneden Gives Foundation in Nigeria has created a program to offer fertility grants to families in Lagos. The foundation will choose families to receive treatment at certain approved clinics in Lagos. The grant money will be sent directly to the selected fertility clinics.

GRANT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To apply for Aneden Gives Lagos Fertility Grant, you must meet ALL of the following:

1. You must live in Nigeria.
2. You must be able to get fertility treatment in Lagos, Nigeria.
3. You must fill out the online grant application.
4. You must agree to the terms and conditions of the grant.
5. Only one application is allowed per family.
6. The applicant must be at least 21 years old.
7. The grant money must be used within 12 months after receiving the grant. All funds will be sent directly to the chosen fertility clinic.
8. By submitting the online application, you agree to share your story and pictures with Aneden Gives. You also allow Aneden Gives to share your story and pictures to raise awareness about infertility and treatment options in Nigeria.

2025 LAGOS GRANT SCHEDULE

• Grant Application Window: February 1 – February 28, 2025
• Application Review Period: March 1 – April 15, 2025
• Pre-Selection and Applicant Notification Period: April 16 – April 30, 2025

Any pre-selected applicants must sign an online Medical Information Release Form. 

REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR THE ONLINE APPLICATION

1. Date of Birth: Provide proof of age for all applicants with valid identification like National ID, passport, or driver’s license.
2. Address: Confirm the addresses of all applicants using a utility bill.
3. Medical History: Share the medical history of all applicants.
4. Consent: Agree that Aneden Gives can contact you in the future.
5. Grant Agreement: Agree to the terms and conditions of the grant.
6. Optional Video: You may upload a video of all applicants confirming their identity.

Important Information for Couples

If you are applying as a couple, both applicants must have unique email addresses. The primary applicant will need to add the second applicant (the collaborator) to the online application so they can sign the necessary documents. The second applicant’s email address must be different from the primary applicant’s email address.
